Payton Family Portraits | Beavercreek, Ohio

Over the past seven years, my friendship with the Paytons has grown immensely to the point they're practically a second family to me. We've gone on multiple weekend trips to business conferences and created countless unforgettable memories together. I haven't met a more selfless, loving group of people, so when they asked me to document their family at this current stage of their life - I was honored to do so.

Couples Fall Portraits in Yellow Springs | Peifer Orchards

Every day I am thankful that I’m slowly breaking through my introverted shell to create and capture moments like these, but what warms my heart the most is the friendships I gain with my clients.  I get to seem them grow and go through their own stages in life which is the most beautiful blessing of all.  I am excited to see what the future has in store for Kayla and can’t wait for our next adventure together!

I don’t regret a single minute of it.  I would do everything over again in a heartbeat.

Changing Your Mind | Misfit & Co.

I don’t know about you, but I have always felt this invisible pressure that I couldn’t change my mind especially now as an adult and as a business owner.  Can I just say this – what a load of rubbish!  As humans we are constantly learning and growing therefore the knowledge we gain will influence our decisions in life.  Where would you be if you hadn’t changed your mind at all – if you remained to stick with every original decision you ever made?

Welcome to My Corner of the Web: Blog Introduction | Misfit & Co.

I’m a firm believer in the saying community over competition – everyone has their own unique trait that they bring to their industry and this world is full of too many negative things to be tearing each other down.  If I can help one person by sharing my success and failures through this blog, then I will write my little heart out just for you.
