Meet Sparrow - Our Newest Fur Baby | Englewood, Ohio

Bringing Sparrow into our home was a very spur of the moment decision. One of my former co-workers posted on Facebook that she was giving away kittens, I took a screenshot and sent it to my husband, Anthony. I originally had no intention of getting a kitten, but Anthony's response was: "We can get a kitten if you want one."

Wes' Senior Prom Portraits | Cox Arboretum MetroPark

You know that song, “Does he love me I want to know, How can I tell if he loves me so?" At one point in time I did believe the part of the lyrics that it was in his kiss, but the song is wrong in this case. The morning of her session, a little birdie told me it was her birthday - so I packed up my equipment early and made a pit stop at the store to buy her some cupcakes and the cutest little floral arrangement to make her session a little extra special.

Why You Should Take Advantage of InstaMeets | Misfit & Co.

Over the summer I started to attend InstaMeets (if you’re not familiar with the term it’s basically a group of Instagram users who get together to take pictures and videos) that were organized by an old high school acquaintance and fellow photographer and I can’t express to you how much fun it has been.

Taking the Plunge from Hobby to Career | Misfit & Co.

Taking that plunge was (and still is) scary as HELL!

It’s scary because it’s new, unpredictable, irresponsible (since I didn’t have a lump sum of money saved), out of my comfort zone, and to be completely honest with you – I’m afraid of falling flat on my face.  I know that failing is all part of the process of success, but that doesn’t make it any less terrifying and I’m going to take a wild guess that since you’re reading this you feel the same way too.
